Emsiso team have high experience with mass production (from 500-pcs to >5000-pcs) of complex electronics devices (devices with microcontrollers, CPLD-s, DSP-s, etc.). We can develop end-of-line (EOL) test equipment, which enables complete integrity test of assembled electronics and in same time do programming of programmable logic devices (CPLD, FPGA) and flash memory devices (microcontrollers, DSP processors, SPI flash memories, etc.). For EOL testing we develop test fixtures with bad-of-nails test points, microcontroller based test fixture controller boards and PC software which controls test process and saves test results to test result database.

For complex devices which are assembled in their enclosure and after that need final functionality testing (i.e. POS terminals) we make complex test equipment which connected to the PC and enables camera grabbed picture analyzes of LCD and/or printed paper (pattern matching, false pixels find), make keyboard test with pneumatic actuators, make audio tests for devices with audio inputs/outputs etc. At the end device is fully functional and error free, ready to be delivered to end customers with high confidence of its reliable functionality.
