Hardware design includes system design, printed circuit board layout and prototype manufacturing of electronics according to specifications. For customer field trials and evaluation we provide organization and management of entire logistic process for initial number of fully assembled and tested boards.

EMBEDDED SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

We have extensive microprocessor software development expertise. We develop, test and debug the software according to specifications and deliver the fully documented source code and test result documentation at the end of the project.

If the customer demands complete product development, we offer mechanical design for electronics enclosure.

SUPPORT FOR MASS PRODUCTION

Documents needed for starting mass production are generated and delivered to the customer or electronic manufacturing services partner. On customer's request we organize complete product production process: mechanic parts, electronics and product assembly. For already developed customer electronics we can offer adaptation/modification for mass production.

Efficient end of line testing (EOL) in production is necessary for reliable product. Products developed by us have a built-in feature which gives us the possibility for effective EOL testing. We can also provide EOL test equipment for already developed customer products.

REENGINEERING OF EXISTING PRODUCT

For companies with electronic products which suffer from increased rate of obsolescence, we provide migration/re-engineering/reverse engineering of their solutions with newer hardware/software platforms. This gives them the opportunity to enhance functionality and at the same time lower the cost of their current products.
