We are proud to announce strategic acquisition of EMSISO. POCLAIN Group has acquired a controlling 51 % ownership of EMSISO. Common vision of two companies will enable EMSISO to accelerate development of innovative solutions in electro-mobility and complement POCLAIN’s portfolio with differentiating electro-mobility solutions.
EMSISO with its emDrive® product portfolio and customized products is to electrify POCLAIN’s hydraulic solutions in on and off-highway markets.
Synergy of two companies will offer customers differentiating electro and electro-hydraulic systems that will reduce carbon emissions. POCLAIN with its strong background and global establishment supporting EMSISO by providing access to global projects, greater resources, and new markets.

I’ve gone through quite a few real estate listings over time, and it’s easy to feel like everything blends together after a while.
